Job Title: Senior Software Architect Salary: Up to 115,000 base Location: Remote-first (UK) with approximately 1 day per month in Northampton Work Type: Permanent Role We're partnering with a global technology organisation embarking on a major platform transformation that will redefine how its products are built and delivered. With a strong architectural vision already in place, the business is now looking for a Senior Software Architect to take ownership of the technical execution and help turn that vision into reality. This is a genuinely exciting opportunity to join a greenfield programme in its early stages, building a next-generation platform that is API-first, AI-led and cloud-native. You'll have the autonomy to influence technical direction, mentor fellow architects, and work alongside software, hardware and platform specialists to deliver a modern, scalable solution. For someone who enjoys solving complex engineering challenges while leading from the front, this is an opportunity to make a lasting impact on a product roadmap that will shape the business for years to come. Responsibilities Lead the implementation of the software architecture across a major greenfield platform programme. Mentor and provide technical leadership to two Software Architects. Drive engineering best practices and architectural standards across development teams. Work closely with Solution, Platform and Hardware Architects to deliver an integrated platform, including IoT connectivity. Design scalable, cloud-native applications using modern architectural patterns. Champion API-first, AI-first and AI-assisted development approaches. Guide technical decisions around distributed systems, scalability and performance. Support delivery of key milestones towards the programme's Proof of Concept and phased product releases. Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure successful execution of the product roadmap. Required Skills Strong Software Architecture experience within enterprise applications. Expert knowledge of C# and .NET. Experience designing Microservices-based architectures. Containerisation technologies. API-first architecture. Cloud-native application design. Event-driven architecture. CQRS and Event Sourcing. Experience delivering scalable distributed systems. Ability to mentor technical teams and lead architectural implementation. Experience with AI-led or AI-assisted software development is highly desirable. Exposure to mobile applications or software/hardware integration (IoT) would be advantageous. Why should I apply? This is more than just another architecture role,it's an opportunity to influence the technical direction of a flagship product transformation from the ground up. You'll be joining a programme that's still in its early stages, giving you the chance to leave your mark on architecture, engineering standards and delivery practices. You'll have genuine autonomy, the trust to make key technical decisions, and the opportunity to work alongside experienced architects across software, hardware and platform engineering. As the business continues to invest in its technology function, there is a clear pathway for future progression, including the opportunity to develop into Head of Architecture. If you're looking for a role where you can combine hands-on architectural leadership with modern AI-first engineering principles and work on technology that will have long-term impact, this is an opportunity not to be missed. Job Title: Senior AI DevSecOps Engineer Salary: Up to 125,000 Base + Bonus + Comprehensive Benefits Location: Hybrid (UK) Work Type: Permanent Role: Security is no longer about slowing teams down. It's about enabling innovation. We're partnering with an exciting technology business building AI native products that are transforming the way people interact with software. With AI at the core of their platform, they're investing heavily in secure engineering and are looking for a Senior AI DevSecOps Engineer to help scale security across a growing product portfolio. This isn't a business trying to introduce DevSecOps. They already have a mature security function, a modern engineering culture and a clear roadmap. They're looking for someone who can build on that foundation by developing intelligent security automation, influencing engineering teams and ensuring security evolves alongside rapid product innovation. If you've secured AI native products, enjoy building tooling and automation, and thrive in modern cloud native engineering environments, this is an opportunity to make a real impact. Responsibilities: Lead threat modelling across a portfolio of AI native products. Build, enhance and maintain security tooling and DevSecOps automation. Coordinate penetration testing activities and ensure remediation is delivered. Validate vulnerabilities, separating genuine security risks from false positives. Work closely with engineering teams to embed security throughout the software development lifecycle. Monitor and improve existing security automations and processes. Conduct security design reviews for upcoming products and features. Champion a security first culture while helping engineering teams deliver securely at speed. Required Skills: Commercial experience in a DevSecOps, Product Security or Application Security role. Experience securing AI native or modern cloud native applications. Strong knowledge of threat modelling and secure software development. Experience building security tooling and automation. Hands on experience with vulnerability management, validation and remediation. Knowledge of penetration testing methodologies and security scanning. Experience working within modern CI/CD environments. Exposure to AI assisted development tools such as Cursor, Codex, Claude, Anthropic or similar. Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with engineering teams. Why should I apply? This is an opportunity to join a company that's genuinely embracing AI, not simply experimenting with it. You'll play a pivotal role in securing products built with the latest AI technologies while working alongside highly talented engineers in a collaborative, low friction environment. You'll inherit a mature DevSecOps function with executive buy in, giving you the freedom to focus on innovation rather than building processes from scratch. Whether it's introducing new tooling, enhancing automation or influencing secure engineering practices, you'll have the autonomy to make a lasting impact. If you're looking for a role where security is a strategic enabler and you want to help shape the future of AI native software, we'd love to hear from you. Interested?
