£80,000 + Package Nationwide Travel Are you an experienced Contracts Manager with a background delivering fast-paced retail projects? We re working with a leading principal contractor who are looking to expand their team with a high-calibre professional capable of overseeing major national retail schemes. The Role Managing multiple retail projects simultaneously across the UK Ensuring programmes, budgets, and quality standards are achieved Leading project teams and coordinating with site management Building strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders Overseeing health & safety compliance across all sites What We re Looking For Strong experience within large-scale retail construction Proven ability to manage multi-site programmes Excellent stakeholder and client management skills Black CSCS card or NVQ Level 6 SMSTS qualification 3-Day First Aid certification M&S delivery experience is desirable but not essential Willingness to travel nationwide as required Package £80,000 per annum + full benefits package If you re a motivated Contracts Manager looking for your next challenge, or you know someone who may be interested, please get in touch for a confidential conversation.
