Tech-focused Finance Manager needed to support the administration and optimisation of a global E-commerce payments platform. The ideal candidate will bring proven experience with E-commerce and finance platforms such as Salesforce, Oracle EBS, Magento, Stripe, Vertex, or similar, alongside strong analytical, organisational, and stakeholder management skills. This role will work closely with international finance teams, legal stakeholders, E-commerce platform specialists, and payment suppliers to ensure the smooth operation, compliance, and continuous improvement of E-commerce payment services across multiple regions. Key responsibilities include: Managing E-commerce payment platform administration and account configuration Supporting global finance teams with reconciliation, payouts, refunds, and chargebacks Ensuring compliance with KYC, AML, tax, and operational requirements Monitoring payment processing costs and identifying optimisation opportunities Building strong relationships with payment suppliers and internal stakeholders Driving process improvements across E-commerce finance operations Hybrid role. 2 days per week in Richmond upon Thames.
