Create and maintain data models, dictionaries, lineage documentation, and related artefacts. Advise on data platform choices (on-premises or cloud) to optimize performance, scalability, and compliance. Key Skills & Experience: Proven experience (8+ years) as a Data Architect, Data Strategy Consultant, or similar role. Strong understanding of data governance, data management, metadata management, and data quality principles. Demonstrated experience delivering data strategies for M&A or corporate restructuring (merger/demerger) projects. Expertise in data discovery, data lineage, and data mapping activities. Familiarity with data frameworks and standards such as DAMA-DMBOK, DCAM, or EDM Council best practices. Hands-on experience with data platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS, GCP), data cataloging tools (e.g., Collibra, Alation, Informatica), and ETL/Integration solutions. Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence both business and technical teams. Strong analytical, documentation, and presentation abilities.

Job Description: We are seeking an experienced and skilled C++ Developer to join our team. The selected candidate will be responsible for delivering critical low-latency front-office pricing and trading solutions that support Global Markets businesses. This role requires strong backend development expertise and the ability to work in high-performance, real-time environments. Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain server-side solutions in C++ for front-office trading systems. Ensure high performance and low-latency delivery of pricing and trading functionalities. Collaborate with other teams to implement robust, scalable, and efficient solutions. Required Skills and Experience: Minimum 6+ years of server-side development experience in C++, preferably on Linux/UNIX platforms. Strong understanding of C++ Standard Template Library (STL), data structures, and multi-threading. Proven experience in using design patterns and a strong grasp of software design principles. Job title: EMEA (Europe) Payroll Consultant Job Description: Gathering, deriving and processing inputs to the payroll vendor to support the gross to net calculation. Processing of the payroll data in accordance with the prescribed timetables Verification of payroll output and review with Payroll Associate Director Prepare and deliver payroll reports within the specified timeframes Performs detailed verification, review and preparation of payroll updates as required from vendor interface files, self-service or manual updates. Defined processing timeline schedules must be achieved to ensure the timely and accurate recording of all employee transactions. Works closely with the payroll provider(s) and local HR to ensure local compliance practices are being followed and all employment tax, government and local filings are being submitted in a timely manner. This includes all year end activities and BIK reporting
