About the Role: We are seeking an experienced Water Hygiene Technician to join our team, carrying out planned preventative maintenance and monitoring tasks across various client sites in the North Yorkshire area. You will be responsible for completing monthly service visits and ensuring all work is conducted in line with current L8 and HSG274 guidelines. Key Responsibilities: Conduct routine water hygiene monitoring and testing (temperature checks, inspections, etc.) Carry out showerhead disinfections and descaling Perform cold water storage tank cleans and inspections Service and maintain TMVs (Thermostatic Mixing Valves) Record all findings accurately and complete compliance reports Work independently or as part of a small team, maintaining high standards of safety and professionalism Requirements: Previous experience in water hygiene or water treatment (essential) Knowledge of L8 / HSG274 guidelines Full UK driving licence Good communication and reporting skills Flexible and reliable with a proactive approach to work Benefits: Competitive salary and overtime opportunities Company vehicle and fuel card Uniform and equipment provided Ongoing training and development

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Security Installation Engineer to join our growing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the installation, configuration, and commissioning of electronic security systems, including CCTV, access control, and intruder alarm systems . This role requires strong technical expertise, attention to detail, and excellent customer service skills. Key Responsibilities: Install, configure, and commission security systems (CCTV, access control, and intruder alarms) to industry standards. Conduct site surveys and plan system layouts in line with customer requirements. Diagnose and resolve technical issues during installation and commissioning. Provide user training and handover of systems to clients. Ensure all work complies with health & safety regulations and company policies. Complete accurate documentation, including installation reports and system records. Work collaboratively with colleagues, contractors, and clients to deliver projects on time. Participate in on-call rota for emergency support (if required). Skills & Experience Required: Proven experience installing electronic security systems (CCTV, access control, intruder alarms). Good knowledge of industry standards (e.g., NSI, SSAIB, BS standards). Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications. Strong problem-solving and fault-finding skills. Competent in using hand tools, power tools, and testing equipment. Full UK driving licence (required). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Desirable (but not essential): Experience with IP CCTV and network-based systems. Knowledge of fire alarm installation (advantageous). Relevant industry qualifications (e.g., FIA, CSCS/ECS card, manufacturer training).
