Paralegal Contract Opportunity (South West London) Ceto Talent are supporting a global offshore EPC contractor on a major energy infrastructure project, and are looking to engage a Paralegal to support legal and compliance activities across multiple regions. Contract Details Competitive hourly rate (PAYE) Inside IR35 Full time - 37.5 hours per week Hybrid working - Minimum 3 days a week in the office / 2 from home Location: South West London, with occasional site/supplier visits Start: June Rolling contract Purpose of the Position The Paralegal will support the legal function across a range of activities including legal research, litigation support, compliance, and knowledge management, working closely with internal stakeholders and external counsel. The Role You will play a key role in supporting legal operations across the UK, APAC, and North America, ensuring efficient handling of legal matters, accurate record keeping, and effective coordination with internal and external parties. Key Responsibilities Conduct legal research and provide insight on developments across multiple jurisdictions (UK, APAC, North America) Support litigation activities, including document review, legal brief preparation, and coordination with external counsel Track litigation progress and provide updates to internal stakeholders Maintain and manage legal documentation, records, and shared drive systems Support and enhance legal knowledge management systems and processes Maintain records relating to the engagement and management of external counsel Assist with compliance activities in line with company policies, industry regulations, and local laws What We re Looking For Proven PQE experience Degree in Law, Paralegal Studies, or equivalent experience Previous experience in a corporate or law firm environment, ideally with exposure to international matters. Your Role: As the on-site Quality Inspector, you ll play a vital part in ensuring all construction activities meet project specifications, industry regulations, and high-quality standards. From inspecting installations and verifying materials to collaborating with construction teams, you ll be key to delivering a safe and successful project. As a Quality Inspector, carry out daily inspections of PV systems, cabling, structures, and electrical works As a Quality Inspector, monitor compliance with drawings, specifications, and industry standards Verify, as a Quality Inspector, the delivery and installation of approved materials and components • Quality Inspector will prepare NCRs, inspection checklists, and quality documentation As a Quality Inspector, witness and document electrical/mechanical testing (IR, continuity, torque) Support audits and, in the role of Quality Inspector, ensure adherence to ISO 9001, IEC, NEC, and local regulations As a Quality Inspector, communicate with subcontractors and lead toolbox talks on quality & safety Requirements: Diploma/Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Civil Engineering Proven experience as a Quality Inspector in solar or renewable energy projects Strong knowledge of industry standards, contracts, and NEC requirements as a Quality Inspector Familiar with PlanRadar (training provided), MS Office Level 3 (2382-22) & Level 3 (2391-52) are advantageous Detail-oriented, proactive, and a strong communicator Why Apply?
