Contract Details Competitive hourly rate (PAYE) Inside IR35 Full time - 37.5 hours per week Hybrid working - Minimum 3 days a week in the office / 2 from home Location: South West London, with occasional site/supplier visits Start: June Rolling contract Purpose of the Position The Paralegal will support the legal function across a range of activities including legal research, litigation support, compliance, and knowledge management, working closely with internal stakeholders and external counsel. The Role You will play a key role in supporting legal operations across the UK, APAC, and North America, ensuring efficient handling of legal matters, accurate record keeping, and effective coordination with internal and external parties. Key Responsibilities Conduct legal research and provide insight on developments across multiple jurisdictions (UK, APAC, North America) Support litigation activities, including document review, legal brief preparation, and coordination with external counsel Track litigation progress and provide updates to internal stakeholders Maintain and manage legal documentation, records, and shared drive systems Support and enhance legal knowledge management systems and processes Maintain records relating to the engagement and management of external counsel Assist with compliance activities in line with company policies, industry regulations, and local laws What We re Looking For Proven PQE experience Degree in Law, Paralegal Studies, or equivalent experience Previous experience in a corporate or law firm environment, ideally with exposure to international matters.
