To help service our growth ambitions, we are recruiting for an Administration Coordinator to join our Construction South team. You will work with our Project Manager's and Proposal Managers to support them in winning new business. Working flexibly from home and from one of our offices (based in Weybridge and Dartford), the role would require someone with the ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently and feel comfortable working at a high intensity. The principle responsibilities would include: Managing and maintaining all project portals (e.g. downloading all project information, clarification logs, portal communication, tracking portal deadlines, tender submission uploads) Ensuring all new business related projects in D365 are up to date Booking/coordinating meeting rooms and diaries including all mandatory sign off meetings, workshops, reviews, check ins, lessons identified, feedback etc Upload and strip out of all completed bids onto the Proposals Library Maintaining CV and case study libraries Responding, where appropriate to support required across the wider business.
