Working towards or recently Chartered with the ICE, IStructE, or with equivalent experience. Experience in reinforced concrete calculation and design. Role information: We are looking for motivated and innovative Civil Engineers to work on the design of nuclear powerplants, as well as our future pipeline of projects. You will provide your civil expertise to successfully deliver our projects, in collaboration with clients, contractors, stakeholders and our project teams. The key responsibilities will include a selection of the following points, depending on your technical experience and the position you take within our team: Completing the structural design of new build nuclear structures, including for accidental situations such as seismic and blast. Coordinating and communicating on complex engineering problems between project stakeholders. Providing technical review and responding to site queries and requested changes in a dynamic and fast-paced environment to support contractor activities on HPC site. Perform analysis of structures within commercial FEM packages (experience in using Ansys beneficial).
