Cooneen Group is looking for a Client Relationship Manager to join our team in either Fivemiletown or Manchester. In this role, you ll be at the heart of our Cooneen at Work and Cooneen Defence divisions, building strong client relationships and driving growth across our business. You ll have the opportunity to build relationships with existing clients, uncover new opportunities and deliver innovative products/services that elevate the customer experience. What You ll Do Drive upselling efforts to achieve KPIs and increase sales within existing contracts. Identify and evaluate new opportunities for profitable sales growth. Collaborate with your manager to quantify opportunities through project studies and justifications. Plan and organise innovation events for each customer on a regular basis. Work closely with internal teams to assess the current product and service range and support continuous improvement. Lead quarterly innovation and improvement sessions, events, or meetings to foster account growth. Develop and maintain Account Development Plans, outlining growth strategies and improvement initiatives to support account retention and success during tender releases. Monitor and report on upselling performance, innovation activities, and customer engagement metrics. What We re Looking For Strong sales and account management skills with a focus on upselling and growth. Ability to identify opportunities and justify them with data-driven analysis. Experience in planning and leading innovation events or improvement initiatives. Collaborative mindset to work effectively with internal teams and stakeholders. Strategic thinking and planning skills, particularly in developing account growth strategies. Proactive approach to monitoring performance and driving measurable results. Essential Skills & Experience Proven experience in a similar role. Demonstrable experience in a manufacturing, construction, or retail environment. Proven track record of driving revenue and profitability, including developing and executing growth strategies. Experience successfully launching new products and/or services into the market. Proficiency in the full Microsoft Office suite. Willing to undertake travel across the UK and Europe when required. Desirable Skills & Experience Experience in the clothing industry, including production control, planning, merchandising, or technical roles. We re recruiting for a Business Systems Support Analyst to join our growing team in Fivemiletown, Co. Tyrone. In this role, you ll be the go-to subject matter expert for our business systems (especially our ERP) providing support and guidance to end-users. You ll take the lead on managing incidents, service requests, problems, and changes, ensuring everything runs smoothly and meets agreed service levels. You ll also play a key role in keeping our systems at peak performance handling planned maintenance, running disaster recovery drills, and implementing improvements, all while following best-practice IT procedures. What You ll Do Be the go-to expert for our business systems from ERP and BI to HR, Finance, WMS, and more. Keep systems running at their best by solving issues, monitoring performance, and minimising downtime. Work with vendors, escalate complex issues, and ensure service levels are met. Empower users with guidance, training, and easy-to-use resources. Lead service improvements, run DR drills, and support Lean efficiency projects. Help roll out new ERP features and modules that make our business smarter and faster. What We re Looking For Hands-on experience with ERP and other business systems. A problem-solver who can think ahead and act fast. Clear, confident communicator who works well with users and vendors alike. Comfortable with performance metrics, process improvements, and automation tools. Proactive, adaptable, and ready to make an impact in a fast-moving environment. Essential Skills & Experience Demonstratable experience in an IT Business Systems/Applications support role (ERP or similar). Experience in liaising with third party providers . Proficient in use of Microsoft Suite . IT related Degree or a HNC/HND in an IT related discipline plus the ability to demonstrate relevant job-related experience. Desirable Skills & Experience Experience supporting and using ERP, Portal, BI, EDI, Adobe, and Cybersecurity solutions. Experience providing remote applications support.
