Programme Manager Location: Ringwood, Hampshire, + Hybrid Home Working (2 days a week in the office post-probation) Salary: £47,000 - £53,000 DOE + Profit Share and Benefits Hours: 37.5 hours per week Contract: Full-time, Permanent The Role This is an outstanding career opportunity for a Programme Manager, who thrives on leading multiple projects, delivering exceptional results and driving customer satisfaction. In this role, you will oversee the successful delivery of IT programmes and projects, ensuring they're completed on time, within budget and to a high standard. Leading a team of Project Managers and working closely with customers to design and deliver tailored projects. The Skills You Will Need: To succeed in this role, you'll need to hold a recognised Programme or Project Management qualification such as PRINCE2 Practitioner, ITIL, PMP, or an equivalent qualification. Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Good problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and quality in programme documentation and delivery. Proven experience in managing multiple projects and managing project teams. IT Engineer - Field Based Location: Field Based - to cover the South of England Salary: £30k-£35k Depending on experience + Company Profit Share Hours: 37.5 hours per week The Role This is a fantastic career opportunity for a Field Based IT Engineer with technical experience of end-user support and troubleshooting, onsite project delivery. The successful candidate must be technically astute across all areas of desktop and infrastructure, whilst having strong communication and customer service skills. Mileage will be paid at approved Mileage rates set by GOV UK. Skills & Experience Strong verbal and written communication skills. Understanding of IP addressing, DNS and DHCP. Skilled in Group Policy troubleshooting. Familiar with virtualisation (Hyper V/VMware). Purchasing and Operations Lead Location: Ringwood, Hampshire Salary: £35,000 £40,000 per annum Hours: 37.5 hours per week The Role Are you a driven Purchasing and Operations Lead who can take ownership of end to end operational excellence Managing purchasing, inbound receiving, warehousing, stock control, logistics, and returns. You ll ensure internal and external customers receive a high quality, well managed service, continuously improving processes while keeping operations efficient, compliant, and properly resourced. Leading a small team, the role is office-based with a small clean warehouse opposite. Skills and Experience: At least 2 years experience in a similar operation and purchasing role. Strong experience managing full stock lifecycle. Proven background in purchasing, supplier relationship management, and supplier negotiation. Excellent interpersonal skills, problem solving, and knowledge sharing. Excellent time management and ability to manage multiple priorities. Confident communicator.
