Known for delivering top quality groundworks solutions to residential projects throughout Hampshire and Dorset, this company has developed a strong reputation for quality, attention to detail and collaborative package delivery. They are seeking a Quantity Surveyor with a groundworks background to work with their existing surveying team across multiple projects in the South. This is an exciting opportunity to join a close-knit team in a company that is looking to go to the next level over the coming year. Key Responsibilities include, but aren't limited to; Completing all commercial aspects of mid-large groundworks packages, from pre-construction to finishings. Mentoring junior team members, instructing them on processes, assisting with pricings and raising up the next generation of Surveyors. Processing submissions of cost variation for clients. Working with project teams to ensure commercial and financial success. Attending monthly commercial branch and client meetings. Overseeing valuations, payments and final accounts. The ideal candidate will have: Experience and strong working knowledge of groundworks projects. Excellent communication, negotiation and cost management skills. A professional, collaborative approach to work. Relevant qualifications in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management or a related discipline are preferred. We are working with a leading main contractor who are seeking an experienced Site Manager with a strong background in delivering care home projects. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-established business known for its high-quality builds, attention to detail, and repeat client base. The Role As Site Manager, you will take full responsibility for day-to-day operations on site, ensuring the smooth delivery of projects to time, budget, and quality standards. You will manage subcontractors, maintain excellent health & safety compliance, and liaise closely with clients, consultants, and your project team. Key Responsibilities: Oversee the construction of care home projects from groundworks through to handover. Manage subcontractors, suppliers, and on-site staff to maintain quality and progress. Ensure strict compliance with H&S regulations. Chair and contribute to progress meetings, providing clear updates to stakeholders. Maintain excellent client relationships, ensuring expectations are met and exceeded. Requirements: Proven experience delivering care home or healthcare projects as Site Manager.
