Recruitment Consultant £40K Base (but only if you re the real deal) We re Pickles Recruitment we don t do half measures, and we don t do dead weight. We re offering a seriously chunky £40,000 base salary but before you start picturing yourself coasting on our payroll, let s set the record straight: This role is for a proven recruiter . Someone who can consistently bill £130K year after year , not just once by accident, but year after year because they know how to hunt, win, and deliver. If your CV is full of nearly hit target or smashed KPI s (but can t prove it), save us both the bother. What we want: A track record of six-figure billings (proof required league tables, P60s, trophies, screenshots, carrier pigeon, whatever). Business development swagger: cold calls, client meetings, and closing deals don t scare you. The hunger to earn serious commission (because the £40K base is just the starter, the real money s in the bonus). Thick skin, quick wit, and zero fear of graft. What you ll get: £40K base (because we back our billers). Commission that makes your bank app smile every month. A no-nonsense, straight-talking, fun team in Denton (we do graft, we do laughs, and we don t do drama). Proper career progression prove yourself and we ll build around you. If you re a big biller stuck in a small pond , or a recruiter who s tired of carrying dead weight in your team, this is your wake-up call. Apply now. Or don t. Just don t be the person who comes for the £40K base and forgets the £130K billings. We ll spot you a mile off.
