Bilingual English/Polish Estimator Steel Fabrication We are a well-established structural steel fabricator based in Hounslow, near Heathrow, recently voted London s Best Steel Fabricator. As we continue to grow, we are looking for a Bilingual English/Polish Technical Estimator to join our dynamic and motivated team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong communication skills, technical interest, and a drive to succeed in a sales-focused environment. Full training will be provided. Position Details: Location: Hounslow, TW4 6BU Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am 4:00pm Holidays: 32 days annual leave (including Bank Holidays and Christmas break) Salary: Competitive basic salary plus commission based on achieved sales targets Additional rewards and incentives available for high performance Key Responsibilities: Prepare quotations by estimating the price of steel structures based on technical drawings and client specifications Use our bespoke ERP system to process and manage enquiries Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through calls, emails, and meetings Manage projects from initial enquiry to handover Respond to incoming calls and assist customers in a professional and timely manner Liaise with suppliers to obtain quotes and pricing Ideal Candidate: Fluent in both English and Polish Strong communication skills, both written and verbal Ability to read or willingness to learn how to interpret technical drawings Organised, accurate, and able to prioritise tasks Comfortable handling technical information and providing tailored solutions Proficient with numbers, measurements, and estimating Previous experience in technical sales or a structural/civil engineering background is desirable We Offer: Full training and onboarding Supportive team and positive working environment Opportunities for progression within a growing company Commission-based earnings with no cap Recognition and rewards for outstanding results
