Job Title : Administrator Enevo Building Compliance Acoustics Location : Birstall, Leeds Salary : £25,000- £27,000 DOE plus quarterly bonus Hours : Full Time. We are currently on a journey to grow the business through both organic growth and acquisitions The Role The Building Compliance Division currently has a position available for an Administrator based in Birstall. Candidates must have a confident and professional manner with both clients and colleagues, have administration experience and be fully proficient in all forms of IT. Responsibilities Email and phone correspondence Quote preparation Invoicing Liaising with project teams Job Scheduling General admin duties Skills and Experience Strong IT skills Self-motivated, organised with a high degree of accuracy. Ability to work on own initiative. Professional manner Previous experience working in Acoustics is preferred but not essential What we offer 30 days Holiday plus 8 Bank Holidays Christmas shutdown: The company shuts down for the week between Christmas & New Year, the 3 days are deducted from your holiday allowance.
