You will seek to align multiple perspectives by providing coherent views of how best to build and deliver services as well as defining and developing the UX language of Triad. Producing artefacts: Decide upon and produce artefacts based on the research and design including personas, user journeys, and service blueprints. Design and iteration: Create wireframes and designs using various levels of fidelity as appropriate and collate feedback to iterate these designs. Prototyping: Create interactive prototypes to different levels of fidelity to be able to test design options. Workshops: Initiate, plan and conduct workshops with stakeholders and users. Usability testing: Initiate, plan, conduct and analyse usability testing to evaluate digital systems and services.
