We are recruiting for an experienced Registered Manager to lead a children's residential home in Lancashire. Your responsibilities will include: Leading the day-to-day operation of the children's home Creating a safe, nurturing, and therapeutic environment for children and young people Recruiting, mentoring, and developing a high-performing staff team Ensuring full compliance with Ofsted regulations, safeguarding legislation, and company policies Managing staff performance, quality assurance, and continuous service improvement Building positive relationships with children, families, social workers, and external professionals Driving the home towards Good or Outstanding Ofsted outcomes About You Essential Requirements Minimum 3 years' experience in a senior role within a children's residential EBD setting Previous leadership or management experience within a children's home Experience of Ofsted registrations, inspections, or both Strong understanding of safeguarding, children's legislation, and Ofsted regulations Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare (or an equivalent recognised qualification) Hold or be willing to complete the Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management Full UK Driving Licence Right to work in the UK ( No sponsorship available ) Desirable 5+ years' experience within children's residential care Experience supporting children with emotional and behavioural needs Proven track record of achieving or maintaining Good or Outstanding Ofsted ratings
