As a Conveyancing Assistant , you will play a vital role in supporting fee earners, helping to progress residential sale and purchase transactions from instruction through to completion. You will be part of a collaborative team recognised for delivering exceptional client service and legal expertise. Key Responsibilities: Assisting fee earners with a varied caseload of residential property transactions . Preparing and issuing client documentation promptly. Liaising with clients, estate agents, solicitors, and mortgage lenders. Conducting property searches and supporting client onboarding. Providing administrative support, including data entry and file management. Monitoring case progress and ensuring files are moved forward efficiently. Maintaining compliance with regulatory and firm standards. Delivering excellent client care by providing regular updates throughout the process. About You: Previous experience as a Conveyancing Assistant or in a similar property law role (essential). Strong organisational and communication skills. Able to manage a busy workload and meet deadlines. High level of accuracy and attention to detail. Confident IT skills, with experience using case management systems. Friendly, approachable, and professional, with a client-focused attitude.
