We're seeking experienced Mechanical Design Engineers with advanced SolidWorks skills to support critical project delivery. You'll work remotely via a secure portal, contributing to the refinement and upgrade of existing designs and helping bring products to market. To be considered you will need to have either an active SC clearance or DBS certificate or be willing to provide a basic DBS certificate. With patents published and awaiting grant, and the first prototype successfully developed, the next phase involves product refinement, testing, and preparation for commercial launch. The company is now seeking a Lead Development Engineer to oversee this work, build and manage a small engineering team, and establish a manufacturing facility. This is a hands-on role, ideal for someone who thrives in a startup environment and enjoys combining strategic thinking with practical engineering.
