Requirements Degree or equivalent qualification in Mechanical, Electrical, or Multi-skilled Engineering. Minimum of 10 years experience in a maintenance or engineering management role, ideally within heavy manufacturing or process-driven industries. Strong knowledge of CMMS platforms and maintenance best practices (e.g., TPM, RCM, Lean). Proven track record in leading teams and managing performance in a fast-paced industrial environment. Experience managing external contractors, project delivery, and capital improvement works. Clear and confident communicator with the ability to influence and lead by example.
