Identify and support individual learner needs to ensure successful completion. Motivate and guide learners throughout their apprenticeship journey. Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure quality and compliance standards are met. Engineering Apprenticeship Assessor / Tutor Requirements: Must have a Royal Signals background with an electrical engineering bias. HNC or equivalent experience within an engineering or electrical discipline. Previous experience in coaching, mentoring or training within a workplace environment. A teaching or assessor qualification, or willingness to work towards. Strong communication and organisational skills. Confident using digital systems and maintaining accurate documentation. A learner-focused approach with a passion for supporting development. Engineering Apprenticeship Assessor / Tutor Benefits: Salary £32,088 £39,191 depending on experience.
