Role overview of our UX/UI Designer As a UX/UI Designer here with us at SRT, you will be someone with strong UX thinking, solid visual design skills, and experience delivering end-to-end design work, from research and wireframes through to polished UI. We're looking for a UX/UI Designer to help shape the user experience across our desktop, web, and mobile applications. You'll work closely with our Design, Product, and Engineering teams. In this role you will be at home using Figma with experience contributing to and scaling component-based design systems and have a thorough understanding of atomic design principals. Role Overview - Programme Director The role of Programme Director will be permanently located in East Africa or willing to work a set in-country working pattern. You as an individual will have previous experience of working in the Africa's region and either already live in; or be willing to relocate to country for the duration of the project. The role is an extremely "hands-on" position where you will have overall management of SRT in-country teams. Here you will be instrumental in the management and execution of significant complex projects that involve the building of infrastructure such as data centres, control rooms, communication towers and commercial buildings, along with the installation of complex electrical systems that include power systems and sensitive communication equipment across a number of our projects in the East Africa region.
