This fast-paced role combines front-of-house reception with high volumes of customer service calls and emails. You'll be the first point of contact for service customers, delivering a polished welcome while efficiently managing enquiries and supporting the service team. Key Duties: • Customer service call backs and email enquiries • Meeting and greeting service customers • Managing a busy reception desk • Offering refreshments and coordinating arrivals Previous reception or front-of-house experience required. Temporary role with immediate start.

Must have experience working in an automotive Bodyshop. This is a fast paced, varied role where you will be responsible for day-to-day tasks across all areas within the department whilst supporting customers with queries by phone, email and live chat. Key Responsibilities: Email inbox monitoring. Dealing with incoming calls from drivers and other service users. Website access assistance. Daily Report formatting and issuing. Monitoring and responding to live chat questions. Processing payments and taking payments over the phone. Operation of Client software for vehicle management. Continuous process review and improvement. Provide departmental statistics for use by internal management. Ensure all correspondence is responded to in a timely manner. General administrative duties relating to specific client requirements. Escalating queries when required. Essential & desirable skills: Competent with IT. auto flow or kerridge experience Confident on the phone and with email communication. Trustworthy and reliable. Organised and methodical. Able to use initiative and solve problems. Accurate when completing repetitive tasks. Happy to ask lots of questions whilst learning. Able to multitask and work between multiple systems.
