As a Carpenter Multi you will cover most aspects of property maintenance, this will involve carrying out repairs and maintenance to Social Housing properties, ensuring all work is undertaken to a high standard with the minimum of supervision, The Carpenter Multi takes ownership of work, aiming for First time Fix on all jobs, operating within the company Health and Safety guidelines, and remaining within budget and time parameters Your day to day duties will consist of carrying out carpentry repairs and maintenance tasks ensuring all work meets high-quality standards, General works will include first and second fix carpentry, some kitchen fitting and joinery, Take ownership of assigned work, aiming to resolve issues on the first visit to minimise repeat visits and disruptions, Complete tasks within allocated budgets and time lines to maintain operational efficiency, Operate in accordance with company Health and Safety policies to ensure a safe working environment, Keep up to date with the latest technical advancements and legal requirements relevant to your areas of expertise,Execute duties with minimal supervision whilst maintaining professionalism and a strong commitment to quality. For this role you will be required to have previous social housing/domestic experience and a full UK Driving licence.
