Hours: 38 hours per week Monday to Thursday: 07 30 Friday: 07 00 About the Role We are currently recruiting for a Warehouse Operative to join a busy and fast-paced manufacturing environment on a permanent basis. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with warehouse or manufacturing experience who enjoys working within a structured and quality-focused operation. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting production through accurate picking, kitting, stock control, and material handling activities while maintaining high standards of safety, quality, and efficiency. this is primarily a Warehouse Operative position, Whilst FLT experience is needed and nationally accredited Reach licenece required the successful candidate will be expected to undertake a broader range of warehouse duties rather than operating the truck for majority of the shift. Key Responsibilities Accurately pick and kit components in line with production requirements Carry out quality checks on parts, quantities, and materials Ensure stock is stored correctly and FIFO processes are followed Maintain accurate stock control and traceability Operate FLT and Reach Trucks safely where authorised Support goods-in, packaging, and despatch activities Maintain a clean, organised, and safe warehouse environment Follow company procedures and health & safety standards at all times Support continuous improvement and problem-solving activities Candidate Requirements Previous experience within a warehouse or manufacturing environment FLT Counterbalance or Reach Truck licence beneficial, Willingness to be trained on Fork lift truck is essential Strong attention to detail and accuracy Ability to follow work instructions and processes Good communication skills and a positive attitude Reliable, adaptable, and able to work as part of a team Experience using warehouse or ERP systems would be advantageous What s on Offer Permanent opportunity within a stable manufacturing environment Early finish every Friday Supportive team environment Ongoing training and development opportunities Opportunity to develop additional warehouse and material handling skills If you are looking for a long-term opportunity within a growing and well-organised business, we would like to hear from you.

Job Title: Field Service Engineer Compressed Air Systems Location: Coventry covering the Midlands (with occasional UK-wide travel) Hours: 40 hours Monday to Friday (Apply online only) (flexibility required for occasional callouts and travel) Introduction: Elevation People Solutions are proud to be recruiting on behalf of a leading Installation and maintenance business a growing engineering business known for its expertise in compressed air systems. Due to continued expansion, we are seeking skilled and motivated Field Service Engineers to join the team. This role offers variety, autonomy, and the chance to represent a reputable business across a broad client base in the Midlands and beyond. Key Responsibilities: Install, service, and maintain compressed air systems, including nitrogen generators and some process cooling equipment. Act as a technical ambassador for the company, delivering customer service excellence on-site. Complete accurate and detailed service reports and documentation. Work with the Service Manager to enhance service delivery quality. Support the Sales team by identifying new business opportunities during site visits. Ensure full compliance with Health & Safety regulations and customer-specific procedures. Share knowledge and best practices with colleagues to foster team development. Maintain a tidy, organised approach to work and aim for first-time-fix solutions. Candidate Requirements: Engineering qualification (City & Guilds or NVQ preferred). Proven experience with compressed air systems or as a multi-skilled maintenance engineer. Strong mechanical and electrical fault-finding abilities. Ability to read electrical schematics and diagnose electrical faults. Knowledge of star/delta motor starters and multimeter usage. Competent PC skills for interacting with diagnostic equipment/software. Self-motivated and professional, with excellent communication and reporting skills. Willingness to travel occasionally across the UK. Full UK driving licence (essential). Desirable qualifications: F-Gas certification, 17th Edition or similar electrical certification.
