Monday to Thursday: 07 15 Friday: 07 30 Introduction An established manufacturing organisation is seeking a Quality Control Inspector to support inspection and quality assurance activities across incoming and internally manufactured products. This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented individual with a manufacturing quality background to join a quality-driven environment. Reporting directly to the Quality Manager, the role plays a key part in ensuring products meet internal standards and customer requirements prior to release. Key Responsibilities Carry out visual, functional, and dimensional inspections using basic inspection equipment Inspect products received from suppliers and manufactured in-house Complete and maintain inspection records, including non-conformance reports Work from engineering drawings, work instructions, inspection templates, and golden samples Assist with in-process audits and quality checks Communicate quality issues with internal departments Maintain accurate digital quality records and documentation Adhere to company Health & Safety and quality procedures at all times Candidate Requirements Proven 1 year experience in a Quality Control / Inspection role within manufacturing Strong attention to detail and methodical working approach Experience reading and interpreting engineering drawings Knowledge of quality standards such as AS9100 and ISO 9001 Competent using Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint Strong communication and organisational skills Professional, reliable, and a strong team player Aerospace experience desirable but not essential
