We're looking for dedicated Level 3 Qualified Nursery Practitioners to join our team. Purpose of the Role To provide high-quality care and learning experiences for children aged 0-5. To ensure every child feels safe, supported, and inspired to learn. To contribute to a collaborative team that upholds Bloom's values and high standards of childcare. Key Responsibilities Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate activities in line with the EYFS. Observe and record children's development, maintaining accurate learning journeys. Build strong, supportive relationships with children and families as a key person. Follow safeguarding, health & safety, and confidentiality policies at all times. Work effectively within a team to create a welcoming, safe, and stimulating environment. Attend training, staff meetings, and nursery events as required.
