We are looking for a GPhC-registered Clinical Pharmacist to join a supportive GP practice in Bridgwater, Somerset (easily commutable from Taunton, Wellington, Burnham-on-Sea, and Weston-super-Mare). Ideal for a pharmacist with 2 years experience looking to progress within primary care. Role Overview Deliver Structured Medication Reviews (SMRs) and medicines optimisation. Support repeat prescriptions, medication safety, and patient consultations. Work collaboratively with GPs, nurses, and the MDT to improve patient outcomes. Contribute to audits, formulary adherence, MHRA alerts, and antimicrobial stewardship. Emis based surgery if you have SystmOne, happy to provide training on Emis.
