We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Finance Assistant to support a high profile local organisation. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with previous accounts experience who is looking to develop their career within a supportive environment. Responsibilities: Processing purchase and sales invoices. Reconciling bank accounts and supplier statements. Process all financial transactions accurately. Preparing payment runs and maintaining financial records. Resolving finance-related queries from suppliers and customers. Assisting with general finance administration and filing. Key skills: Previous experience in a finance, accounts, or bookkeeping role. Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel. Strong numerical and analytical skills. High level of accuracy and attention to detail. Excellent organisational and communication skills. Ability to manage workload and meet deadlines.
