The BIM ProjectWise Manager plays a key role on a large-scale infrastructure project. This position oversees the graphical CDE ProjectWise and works closely with BIM Engineers to coordinate multidisciplinary teams in producing digital deliverables throughout the project s lifecycle. Railway Civils Design Integration Lead Summary: We are now recruiting for a Railway Civils Design Integration Lead to join the HS2 Track infrastructure project at the initial design phase which will run concurrently with the completion of main works contracts, which are now at their peak. Completing Method Statements / Inspection Test Plan / MAR/ Task Briefings and reviewing such documents that have been prepared by others. Procurement Administrator ( 4 days site based at Tillbury ) Core duties: Track all Comparatives on Ferrovial internal commercial platform (InSite) for approval Monitor client replies for any PO approval submissions not accepted Request New Supplier set up with Finance ensuring onboarding procedures are carried out to Ferrovial policy Add & remove road worthy vehicles to the Ferrovial Fleet Insurance Database Maintain Asset register Complete the on-hire reporting on InSite for all rental PO s Update and maintain the project Responsible Procurement tracker to log KPI s for reporting to Client Maintaining a Supplier List dashboard with key metrics; performance, spend, scope Resolving invoice queries and discrepancies with our suppliers and accounts department Liaise with the Logistics department to ensure vehicle compliance for all deliveries Ensure company systems, procedures and processes are always adhered to Communicate with site teams and other departments in Ferrovial Adopting and promoting Ferrovial Construction UK Vision and Values.
