The Role: Reporting to the Customer Service Manager this role combines being the first point of contact for Customers over email and telephone, whether placing orders, helping with product queries or directing them to colleagues for technical support. This is a broad and varied position where no two days are ever the same. Duties include: Building and maintaining effective customer relationships by handling enquiries, orders, and ongoing communications. Processing customer orders and purchase orders to suppliers. Picking, packing, and dispatch of goods to customers across the UK and Ireland, utilising the appropriate shipping method and preparing accurate documentation. Liaising with suppliers, couriers, and freight agents day-to-day, maintaining good working relationships and resolving any issues to keep the flow of goods running smoothly. Upholding quality and compliance standards, ensuring working practices remain clear and consistent. About You: We are looking for a strong team player as this role constantly relies on communication with all internal departments on a day-to-day basis. Detail focussed with skills in problem solving and logical thinking. Must be comfortable pick and packing goods up to 20kg in weight.

The Role: A key member of the Account Management Team, this role partners with Account Managers to support in the delivery of new projects, drive quality, performance and consistancy. Duties include: Stakeholder management & relationship building: Works with the Account Managers to ensure expectations of stakeholders are met and ensures project documentation is maintained to include all key information Strategy & Growth: Supports the team in the delivery of the project strategy and monitors data to ensure growth is reviewed Objection handling & problem solving: Ensures appropriate conversations happen with clients and key stakeholders to identify their objectives and challenges and develops robust recommendations to achieve or overcome these Reporting & Analysis: Supports the team in the creation of any bespoke reporting requirements Client Satisfaction: Ensures surveys go out to all key users on a regular basis, collate and interprets results. About You: We are looking for a proactive individual, who is results driven and self motivated. A strong communicator and relationship builder. Prior experience in a service driven environment would be preferred. Graduates with at least one years working experience in a commercial environment are also encouraged to apply.
