Title: UI Designer Location: London (onsite role) Contract Type: 40 hours per week, Fixed term Agency contract Inside IR35 Duration: 8 months with extensions Compensation: £70-78 per hour (negotiable depending on experience) We re looking for a Visual Designer with exceptional craft and execution skills that can autonomously deliver work on execution briefs. This will enable them to take the right design decision and understanding how to improve it. The visual designer should also have a solid understanding of UX and UI. The candidate should feel confident in the visual field and be interested in making pitch decks, mockup and interactive prototypes. They should also working on design tasks as well as creative and innovative ideas when required. Their portfolio should contain great examples of crafts and design, and they should be up to date with global trends in design. Sponsorships or theatrical experience and client-facing presentation skills are preferable. Key job responsibilities The following are key responsibilities of the Visual Designer: - UI design, motion ideas, and designs for innovative advertising experiences for global brands. - Create customer centered campaign executions by integrating marketing objectives, target audience, creative assets, design and motion patterns into intuitive solutions. - Independently lead campaign executions and collaborate with EU/US design teams. - Create on-brand design solutions for all owned and operated channels that meet measurable business goals. - Partner with and/or lead senior art directors, copywriters, designers, program managers, developers, and content producers to create customer-focused solutions that deliver on advertiser objectives - Deliver high-quality look and feel and designs for campaigns across different touch-points. - Make creative trade-off decisions between teams, clients, and end-customer needs. - Measure and evaluate current processes within the department and improve them through documentation. Basic qualifications - Experience working in advertising, design departments, digital media, marketing . - Proven experience in design / communications experience at advertising agencies and/or in-house creative departments - An online creative portfolio demonstrating design skill-set. Strong portfolio demonstrating creative thinking and process, visual design skills, and interactive/digital advertising experiences that solve for a customer/business problem. - In-depth understanding of industry design tools (Ex. Adobe Creative Cloud, Figma, WebFlow) - Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills (written and verbal). - Experience managing projects in a fast pace environment - Ability to prioritize various tasks effectively to meet even challenging deadlines. - Experience working cross-functionally and with a wide range of employees with different skill sets. - Adaptable and quick to learn new processes and tools, demonstrating strong technical/operational capabilities. - Self-directed, goal-oriented and flexible, enjoying working in a fast-paced and at times ambiguous environment. - Understanding of technical integration of ideas, and the ability to build relationships with development roles and designers. - Proficiency in English

Job Title: Python Developer Location: London, UK- hybrid onsite role 3 days per week Duration: Two year with extensions (PAYE position inside IR35) Pay: 80-90 per hour (depending on experience) Overview: In order to support significant and sustainable growth in the Structured Notes (SN) and Structured Products (SP) businesses, Equity Linked Technology is building a highly automated, fully STP system solving front-to-back business needs. The system will help automate pre-trade and post-trade activities including pricing, quoting, booking, client connectivity, workflow, sales/trader blotters, lifecycle management, documentation/confirms generation, and Treasury. This is a unique and exciting opportunity for a dynamic, enterprising mid-level developer to join the fastest growing area in Equities Derivatives Technology and contribute to the continuing buildout of technology and process automation solutions to enable significant SN and SP business growth. The successful candidate will Collaborate with other team members, platform teams, sales, trading, structuring, operations to achieve a collective result. Help build applications, services and tools that drive end to end automation, continuous monitoring, exception alerting, and metrics gathering to aid SN/SP decision-making. Optimize Treasury workstream, with a view to increasing STP Rates into Treasury and supporting additional attributes requested by different Treasury Teams. The ideal candidate will possess 7+ year of technology development experience and specifically 3+ years of experience in development of front-office equities derivatives systems. Ability to define relevant areas of the roadmap and articulate the vision to senior stakeholders, product owners and teams. Excellent communication, collaboration, interpersonal skills and demonstrate the capability for juggling multiple competing priorities. Candidates will be proficient in software design focused on a cross-language REST based n-tier architecture and executed using agile methodologies (Scrum, Test Driven Development, unit/integration testing, pair programming, etc.). The successful candidate will be comfortable driving design and architecture, rationalizing business requirements and mentoring less experienced developers. There will be significant interaction with senior developers across other work streams as we integrate an increasingly complex product set.
