We have an opportunity for an IT Service Local Delivery Analyst to join our team in Basingstoke. This is a full time, fixed term role until December 2026 . The starting salary is £39,000 - £45,000 depending on experience. The Role: This IT Service Local Delivery Analyst role will be primarily responsible for all aspects of our Joiners, Movers and Leavers (JML) process. This will include laptop builds, account creation, the return of equipment, and updating our CMDB. You'll also support with our IT Service - Local Delivery when needed. The role will be based in the office 5 days a week. What we need from you: As an IT Service Local Delivery Analyst you'll need to have a high level of customer focus and the ability to work collaboratively with colleagues, contractors and partnering agencies. You'll be based from our office in Bristol, this role will combine office and home working to ensure a positive work/life balance. The role This role will be responsible for providing an exceptional customer care service for the investigation and resolution of latent defects raised outside of the DLP. The Latent Defects Manager will liaise effectively with all internal and external stakeholders to ensure that the correct diagnosis of issues is determined, and a fair outcome is achieved for all parties, maintaining an excellent customer experience throughout. Responsibilities include Provide detailed reports providing evidence to pursue developers and/or warranty claims under their contractual obligations, or to support internal teams to devise a programme of remedial works where a claim is not valid Assist in the review of new schemes' designs and specifications and prepare reports, identifying potential quality, design and specification issues. Provide feedback to internal teams on defect themes and trends, proposing solutions to common concerns to reduce repeat issues, reduce costs and help shape future design and specification Monitor Contractors and relevant Consultants to ensure that jobs are completed in line with agreed timescales. Manage internal and external stakeholder needs and expectations to deliver an excellent service. Assisting customers and colleagues with accurate defect diagnosis, to ensure the appropriate action is taken and the contractual obligations of the development contractors are upheld. Ensure customer satisfaction, defect and quality targets are met through effective communication with both internal and external stakeholders. The starting salary is £29,000 - £35,000 a year depending on experience. The Role: As an IT Service Central Delivery Analyst you will be the gateway for SNG's IT services, making sure that all interactions with customers are accurately logged, prioritised, categorised and resolved or assigned efficiently. You'll be responsible for recording, monitoring and updating our IT tickets, conducting the initial diagnosis and escalating when needed. The role will also involve ensuring our asset database is proactively maintained including asset movement, asset verification and asset incident management as well as onboarding, tagging and the disposal of assets. Acting as the key link between design, planning, and delivery, you will lead the pre-construction and commercial functions -working closely with internal teams, consultants, and contractors to develop robust project scopes, procurement strategies, and delivery plans. Your focus will be on ensuring projects are commercially viable, technically sound, and positioned for successful execution, while aligning with our quality, sustainability, and value objectives. The role You'll be working within a skilled team providing housing related support to young people aged 16-30. We work in partnership with our young people to help them navigate and choose options around housing, education, and employment while respecting their right to choice and control in their decisions. The support worker role covers a rolling rota pattern with some requirement for evening and weekend working.
