The Role: As an IT Service Design Lead, and you'll play a key role in shaping how new IT services are designed and transitioned into business-as-usual. You'll work closely with project teams, service owners, IT operations, and business stakeholders to design services that are secure, resilient, and supportable from day one. What You'll Be Doing Leading service design activities across multiple IT projects, ensuring non-functional requirements and support needs are built into delivery plans. Conducting service impact assessments, identifying service support requirements, risks, dependencies, and operational impacts. Producing and securing sign-off of Service Design Packages (SDPs) and support models. Partnering with stakeholders to ensure operational teams are fully prepared for go-live. Providing progress reports, highlighting risks, and resolving service design issues. Championing a full-service lifecycle perspective, from design to retirement. Continuously improving service design processes, templates, and standards. What We're Looking For Strong experience in IT service design / service architecture within a digital or IT environment. Knowledge of IT service design principles, processes, and best practices. Familiarity with infrastructure, applications, and cloud services. Proven ability to manage multiple IT service design activities across projects. Strong analytical, service design documentation, and problem-solving skills. We have an opportunity for an IT Service Central Delivery Analyst to join our team in Wembley . This is a full time permanent role which will be office based. The starting salary is £29,000 - £35,000 a year depending on experience. The Role: As an IT Service Central Delivery Analyst you will be the gateway for SNG's IT services, making sure that all interactions with customers are accurately logged, prioritised, categorised and resolved or assigned efficiently. You'll be responsible for recording, monitoring and updating our IT tickets, conducting the initial diagnosis and escalating when needed. The role will also involve ensuring our asset database is proactively maintained including asset movement, asset verification and asset incident management as well as onboarding, tagging and the disposal of assets. What we need from you: As an IT Service Central Delivery Analyst you will need experience of working on an IT Service Desk or a Customer Service Desk and be able to communicate with customers in person, by telephone, webchat, email or digital assistant. The Role As a Pre-Construction Manager , you will play a crucial role in shaping and delivering our retrofit programme, a central element of our Homes and Place strategy. Acting as the key link between design, planning, and delivery, you will lead the pre-construction and commercial functions -working closely with internal teams, consultants, and contractors to develop robust project scopes, procurement strategies, and delivery plans. Your focus will be on ensuring projects are commercially viable, technically sound, and positioned for successful execution, while aligning with our quality, sustainability, and value objectives. We have an opportunity for a Support Worker to join the team on a full time permanent basis. The starting salary is £24,493 - £27,000 depending on experience. The role You'll be working within a skilled team providing housing related support to young people aged 16-30. We work in partnership with our young people to help them navigate and choose options around housing, education, and employment while respecting their right to choice and control in their decisions.
