Producing and securing sign-off of Service Design Packages (SDPs) and support models. Partnering with stakeholders to ensure operational teams are fully prepared for go-live. Providing progress reports, highlighting risks, and resolving service design issues. Championing a full-service lifecycle perspective, from design to retirement.
