This is a hybrid working role with a minimum of 2 days per week in the office The Role As a Customer Income Advisor, you'll provide our customers with budgeting and welfare benefit advice. This will include completing Income and Expenditure statements, giving budgeting advice, benefit & grant applications, and signposting for additional support. You'll be working with partners both internally and externally including Housing benefit, Department of Works and Pensions and independent money, debt or legal advice services To be successful in this role you'll need: An up-to-date working knowledge of the benefits system Experience of supporting customers to complete statements and applications The ability to work with internal and external partners to achieve the best outcome for the customer Experience of supporting vulnerable customers with kindness and empathy Effective decision-making skills, a diplomatic and confidential approach and the ability to prioritise a busy workload. We have a great opportunity to join us as Clerk of Works - Property Maintenance & Technical Assurance in Wembley . Combining office and home working, and site visits across the Wembley and Herts area. The Role As Clerk of Works , you'll play a vital role in ensuring quality and compliance within our Social Housing Decarbonisation Fund (SHDF) and Planned Works programs. You'll perform site inspections, ensure adherence to building standards, provide technical advice, and liaise with contractors and customers to maintain project momentum. Responsibilities include: Performing frequent inspections at project sites to assess construction quality, ensuring that works align with contractual specifications, building standards, and design details Logging inspection reports, issuing reports for non-compliance, and maintaining a comprehensive audit trail. Accurate records are crucial for internal use and external audits as required by SHDF and planned works requirements Serving as a point of contact on-site for contractors, guiding them on project requirements and ensuring compliance with the SHDF and planned works programs Providing technical support and advice to ensure adherence to construction and retrofit best practices, specifically in energy efficiency and sustainable design, helping meet SHDF's goals Acting as a liaison between the project team and customers, ensuring they understand the scope and benefits of retrofit and planned works projects Regularly assessing quality control processes and suggesting improvements About you Experience in a Clerk of Works or similar quality assurance role, preferably in housing or public sector. Supporting customers through financial challenges, including those with mental health conditions or disabilities. Negotiating with creditors and agencies such as local authorities, DWP, and utility companies. Maintaining accurate, compliant case records and ensuring data quality. Building strong, trust-based relationships with customers and partners. Signposting or referring customers to additional support where appropriate. We have an opportunity for an IT Service Central Delivery Analyst to join our team in Wembley . This is a full time permanent role which will be office based. The starting salary is £29,000 - £35,000 a year depending on experience. The Role: As an IT Service Central Delivery Analyst you will be the gateway for SNG's IT services, making sure that all interactions with customers are accurately logged, prioritised, categorised and resolved or assigned efficiently. You'll be responsible for recording, monitoring and updating our IT tickets, conducting the initial diagnosis and escalating when needed. The role will also involve ensuring our asset database is proactively maintained including asset movement, asset verification and asset incident management as well as onboarding, tagging and the disposal of assets. What we need from you: As an IT Service Central Delivery Analyst you will need experience of working on an IT Service Desk or a Customer Service Desk and be able to communicate with customers in person, by telephone, webchat, email or digital assistant. You will be able to provide technical advice and support relating to Microsoft Windows operating systems, Office 365 (including Teams and SharePoint), remote access, virtual desktops and telephony. The Role As a Pre-Construction Manager , you will play a crucial role in shaping and delivering our retrofit programme, a central element of our Homes and Place strategy. Acting as the key link between design, planning, and delivery, you will lead the pre-construction and commercial functions -working closely with internal teams, consultants, and contractors to develop robust project scopes, procurement strategies, and delivery plans. Your focus will be on ensuring projects are commercially viable, technically sound, and positioned for successful execution, while aligning with our quality, sustainability, and value objectives. The role You'll be working within a skilled team providing housing related support to young people aged 16-30.
