What We're Looking For Skills & Qualifications Experience in a Health & Safety role within construction, fabrication or engineering. Good understanding of UK HSE legislation and compliance requirements. Ability to influence and engage operational teams at all levels. Strong organisational and problem-solving skills. Competent IT skills for reporting and documentation. Relevant HSE qualification (e.g. NEBOSH General Certificate or equivalent). Personal Attributes Proactive and reliable. Good attention to detail.
