Aspired talent are currently seeking a CNC Operative with wood work experience. Hours are Monday to Thursday Friday (Apply online only) Key Responsibilities: Set up and operate flatbed router machines for both 2D and 5-axis machining Accurately work to datum points (X, Y, Z) Use Xilog software to run, edit, and optimise existing programs Set up tooling, including drill length and diameter configuration Ensure machines are running efficiently and producing high-quality components Carry out routine checks and basic maintenance on equipment Work to production schedules and meet deadlines Skills & Experience Required: Proven experience setting and operating CNC routers such as SCM, BIESSE, HOMAG, or similar Strong understanding of machining principles and datum referencing Experience with Xilog programming software (or similar CNC software) Ability to read and interpret technical drawings Knowledge of woodworking machinery is highly desirable Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Ability to work independently and as part of a team What We Offer: Competitive salary (dependent on experience) Stable, full-time position Opportunities for training and development Supportive and professional working environment If you are a reliable and experienced CNC operator looking to take the next step in your career, we would love to hear from you.

About the Role: As a Cooking/Processor Operative, you ll be at the heart of our production process following recipes in a mass food production environment creating samples for companies like Marks and Spencers, Costa and Cadburys! Flexible working hours Monday to Friday: Start at either 06.30/07.30/08.30am and finish either 3.30/4.30/5.30pm What You ll Do: Operate cooking equipment and machinery safely and efficiently. Prepare ingredients according to specified recipes. Monitor cooking processes to maintain quality and consistency. Ensure hygiene and cleanliness standards are maintained throughout the production area. Follow health and safety and food safety regulations (HACCP). Assist with packing and labeling where necessary.
