Test Manager - TA/FA - London Atrium Global are looking for an accomplished Test Manager to manage testing for the TA (Transfer Agency) or FA (Fund Accounting) multi-jurisdiction onboarding for a large EMEA client, working as part of the Client Onboarding team Some Non-standard/New process implementations/build testing Testing will involve informational interfaces Between Back Office/Vault (Snowflake), Front & Middle office, including external stakeholders Participation in meetings and co-ordination of file delivery and data content queries Managing testing tollgate requirements Planning and Managing Onboarding testing with Platform teams Working with internal Product (including Technical), Operational and Project Lead resources Documenting and tracking test plan Co-ordinating with internal & external resources re activity & queries Data Vault Co-ordinating with the Vault team regarding file build & testing alignment with the requirements within the testing plan Defect management and co-ordination Prepare test plan (Aligned to wider program plan) and organise any internal tollgate sign offs Liaison with workstream leads, operational teams and Program manager Monthly travel to Dublin, Luxembourg and Germany 3/4 days onsite in London Essential: Test manager/oversight experience Test functionality Make sure all tests meet FA standards Flesh out the test approach Strong test Governance documentation Defect management Snowflake and databricks - to move data Good understanding of Back-office functions Transfer Agency/ TA knowledge across EMEA Fund accounting / FA knowledge across EMEA Back-office function onboarding experience. Data Mapping Analyst - Manchester Atrium EMEA is looking for several Data Mapping Analysts to support the large scale client onboarding programme. This will involve extensive data review and mapping based on client requirements. The Data Mapping Analysts will be instrumental in working out what needs to be done with the data, what systems will be needed and then link the data together, to be able to deliver the report requests Be resilient and work through the data based on the report requests Occasionally work out of hours and liaise with the developers in the US and the client across Europe Take a requirement from client, use the data dictionary, be able to pushback where needed to get the right information, then investigate what data is available. You must be able to think logically Investigate where the data leads to and where it comes from. Be able to raise data requests to the engineering teams re any builds/timelines Essential: Source to target data mapping expertise across complex datasets, including transformation rules, dependencies, and timing. Strong data analysis skills to identify gaps, inconsistencies, and data quality issues and propose pragmatic resolutions. Clear documentation discipline, producing audit ready mapping specs, data dictionaries, and assumptions. Hands on data interrogation capability using SQL and advanced Excel Comfortable with file based and warehouse data. Effective stakeholder engagement, bridging business SMEs, data architects, and technology teams to clarify requirements.
