The role focuses on managing and developing existing client relationships, supporting account growth, and preparing accurate quotations across air, road, and sea freight services. This is a client-facing, office-based sales position requiring strong communication skills, commercial awareness, and the ability to work accurately with numerical data and pricing. Key Responsibilities Manage and develop existing customer accounts Prepare and calculate freight quotations for air, road, and sea shipments Respond to RFQs and support tender submissions Maintain regular contact with clients to support account growth Liaise with suppliers and internal teams to ensure accurate pricing and service delivery Attend client and supplier meetings where required Produce KPI and performance reporting Maintain accurate records of quotations, pricing, and customer interactions Provide general sales and administrative support to the wider team Candidate Profile The successful candidate will ideally have experience within freight forwarding (operations or sales), although this is not essential. Candidates from a B2B sales or customer service background with experience handling quotations will also be considered.
