Mechanical Site Manager We are seeking an experienced Mechanical Site Manager to oversee the on-site delivery of mechanical services across construction projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing mechanical installations, coordinating subcontractors, ensuring health & safety compliance, and delivering works on time, within budget, and to specification. Key Responsibilities: Manage day-to-day on-site mechanical works (HVAC, pipework, plumbing, plant rooms, etc.) Coordinate mechanical subcontractors, labour, and materials Ensure works are delivered in line with drawings, specifications, and programme Liaise with the Project Manager, Main Contractor, and other trades to maintain progress Carry out site inspections and quality checks Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations and company procedures Attend site meetings and contribute to progress reports Identify and resolve technical or site-based issues Manage snagging, commissioning, and handover processes Ensure works comply with relevant building regulations and standards Requirements: Proven experience as a Mechanical Site Manager or Mechanical Supervisor Strong knowledge of mechanical building services (HVAC, plumbing, pipework) Experience working on commercial and/or residential construction projects Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings and specifications SMSTS or SSSTS (essential) CSCS card (essential) Strong leadership and communication skills Good organisational and problem-solving abilities Desirable: First Aid at Work NVQ Level 3 or above in Mechanical Services or related discipline Experience managing multiple subcontractors on live sites What We Offer: Competitive salary or day rate Ongoing work on reputable projects Supportive management team Opportunity for long-term progression

The role involves managing electrical installations, coordinating subcontractors, ensuring health & safety compliance, and delivering works on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
