This is a key position within the business, acting as the vital link between our customers and workshop team. You'll be responsible for delivering an outstanding customer experience by accurately gathering information, understanding customer requirements and ensuring work is planned efficiently. You'll keep customers updated throughout the repair process while coordinating with internal departments to ensure work is completed smoothly and on time. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys building relationships, solving problems and being part of a professional and supportive team. Key Responsibilities Provide exceptional customer service from initial enquiry through to vehicle collection. Accurately capture customer information and create detailed work order summaries. Schedule workshop activity and prioritise jobs effectively. Liaise with technicians and internal departments to coordinate repairs and servicing. Keep customers informed with regular updates on vehicle progress. Build long-term customer relationships based on trust, professionalism and reliability. Maintain a clean, organised and professional working environment. Follow all company Health & Safety procedures. Attend manufacturer and company training as required. About You We're looking for someone who is: Passionate about delivering excellent customer service. An excellent communicator with strong listening and questioning skills. Organised with good planning and scheduling abilities. Confident using computer systems and learning new software. Professional, dependable and able to build strong working relationships. Calm under pressure with excellent attention to detail. Committed to maintaining high standards of customer care and teamwork. Previous experience in a Service Advisor or customer service role within the automotive, transport or engineering sectors would be advantageous, but full training will be provided for the right candidate. A full UK driving licence is preferred, although not essential.
