This is a key position within the business, acting as the vital link between our customers and workshop team. You'll be responsible for delivering an outstanding customer experience by accurately gathering information, understanding customer requirements and ensuring work is planned efficiently. You'll keep customers updated throughout the repair process while coordinating with internal departments to ensure work is completed smoothly and on time. Key Responsibilities Provide exceptional customer service from initial enquiry through to vehicle collection. Accurately capture customer information and create detailed work order summaries. Schedule workshop activity and prioritise jobs effectively. Liaise with technicians and internal departments to coordinate repairs and servicing. Keep customers informed with regular updates on vehicle progress. Build long-term customer relationships based on trust, professionalism and reliability. Maintain a clean, organised and professional working environment. Follow all company Health & Safety procedures. Attend manufacturer and company training as required. About You We're looking for someone who is: Passionate about delivering excellent customer service. An excellent communicator with strong listening and questioning skills. Organised with good planning and scheduling abilities. Confident using computer systems and learning new software. Professional, dependable and able to build strong working relationships. Calm under pressure with excellent attention to detail. Committed to maintaining high standards of customer care and teamwork. Previous experience in a Service Advisor or customer service role within the automotive, transport or engineering sectors would be advantageous, but full training will be provided for the right candidate. A full UK driving licence is preferred, although not essential. About You We're looking for someone who can demonstrate: Degree or Master's in Landscape Architecture ( OR Equivalent ) Chartered Member of the Landscape Institute (or working towards Chartership). Proven experience delivering landscape architecture projects within a consultancy environment. Strong knowledge of LVIA methodology and UK planning processes. Excellent design, technical, and report-writing skills. Proficiency with software such as AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, Vectorworks, GIS, or similar. Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities. A full UK driving licence. Desirable Experience Renewable energy or infrastructure projects. Green infrastructure and biodiversity enhancement. Public realm or strategic landscape planning. Project management responsibilities including financial oversight. What's on Offer?
