We are seeking a passionate and experienced Registered Manager to lead a 2-bed children s home supporting two young people with Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties (EBD) in the NN4 area. This is a hands-on leadership role where you will take full responsibility for the day-to-day running of the home, ensuring high standards of care, compliance, and a safe, nurturing, and therapeutic environment. Key Responsibilities Register and maintain full regulatory compliance Lead, recruit, and develop a dedicated care team Oversee safeguarding, behaviour support plans, risk assessments, and care planning Manage budgets, staffing rotas, and administrative duties Build strong relationships with families, professionals, and external stakeholders Monitor outcomes for young people and ensure consistently high standards of care Requirements Proven experience within residential children s services, particularly supporting EBD Minimum 2 years experience in a management role (e.g. Deputy Manager or similar) NVQ Level 5 (or equivalent) in Leadership & Management for Residential Childcare Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills Ability to lead by example and take a hands-on approach Motivated to build and develop a new team and service If you meet the requirements, we would be very pleased to hear from you.
