Job Title: Senior Care Worker (Day & Night Shifts Available) Location: Clacton-on-Sea Hours: Full-time Day and Night Shifts Available About the Role: We are seeking compassionate and motivated Senior Care Workers to join our team across both day and night shifts. Whether you prefer daytime leadership or the responsibility of night care, we have opportunities to suit you. You will lead shifts, supervise staff, and ensure residents receive the highest standards of person-centred care. Key Responsibilities: - Lead and support the care team during assigned shifts. - Deliver personalised care in line with residents' individual care plans. - Administer medication, monitor wellbeing, and maintain accurate records. - Conduct regular safety and security checks. - Promote a clean, safe, and supportive environment for all. - Communicate effectively with managers, families, and healthcare professionals. What We're Looking For: - Previous care experience with leadership responsibilities. - Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. - A caring, respectful, and professional approach. - Flexibility to work a range of shifts, including days, nights, and cover when needed. - NVQ/QCF Level 2 or above in Health & Social Care (desirable).
