Main responsibilities: Be the inspirational leader of the showroom team, ensuring all Wren customers enjoy a first-class experience Recruit and develop incredible people who will become integral to the showroom's success Drive sales to meet and exceed year-on-year showroom targets whilst maintaining a strong focus on customer satisfaction In addition to any other duties, as a responsible person you must ensure that you have read, understood and adhere to polices and procedure relating to Health and Safety, and your responsibilities located in the Integrated Management System (IMS) Responsibilities document.
