Our clients a busy Law practice in the City of London are expanding and seeking to appoint a Qualified Lawyer as a consultant on there team for a project due to start in May 2026, that they will be advising on. The Lawyer must have expertise in negotiating and drafting Energy Power Purchasing Agreements, Mining services, Offtake agreements, with proven recent experience. You will have around 5 year's experience in the above and along with the technical knowledge, have excellent relationship skills with superb English written and verbal communication. The project is for around 6 month's, however it could be extended if need be. Great salary and benefits for the right candidates. Please note - No Sponsorship is offered.

You will be currently working in a similar role within practice of a firm accountants.
