Contract:Permanent, full-time (office-based) Department:Pre-Contract / Estimating Sectors:Large-scaleresidential,student accommodation,hotelprojects Reports to:Mechanical Estimating Manager Were partnering with a leading building services contractor to hire aMechanical Estimatorinto a high-performing Pre-Contract team. Youll produce robust tenders and cost plans, collaborate across the supply chain, and help win flagship projects in residential, PBSA and hospitality.
