Growing Manager - Salary DOE + Accommodation About the Role An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced and passionate Growing Manager to join a leading soft fruit and horticultural business based in Fife. You will be responsible for managing all aspects of crop production, ensuring high-quality yields, and leading a dedicated team across a modern, progressive growing operation. Key Responsibilities Oversee all stages of crop production, from planting to harvest. Manage irrigation, nutrition, pest and disease control, and crop protection programmes. Monitor crop health and performance, implementing timely interventions to optimise yield and quality. Lead and develop the growing team, ensuring best practice and compliance with company standards. Plan and execute growing schedules in line with market and supply requirements. Maintain detailed records and reports to support continuous improvement. Work closely with senior management to develop long-term production strategies. BASIS and/or FACTS certification (advantageous). Proven track record in soft fruit or protected crop production. Strong understanding of plant physiology, nutrition, irrigation, and integrated pest management (IPM). Experience managing staff and coordinating seasonal teams. Confident using crop management software and data-driven decision-making. Full UK driving licence.
