Location: United Kingdom Experience Required: 5+ Years Background: Civil Engineering in Construction Industry Role Type: Business Consultant - Engineering ERP Role Overview Algorithms is looking for a dynamic and highly motivated individual who would be responsible for the implementation, execution and completion of the assigned project(s) ensuring consistency with company strategy, commitments and goals. The incumbent would assist clients in the implementation and support of assigned functional modules which requires consulting skills, business knowledge and expertise on the software to effectively integrate the system into the client's business environment. The role aims to enhance the clients' business functionality and overall performance, while maintaining a high degree of customer satisfaction. The deployment completely depends upon the project requirements and if a resource is offsite he/she would be a part of the support team so as to extend support to the clients and thereby enhance/upgrade their functional skills. Key Responsibilities System Implementation: Analysing the client's processes and scenarios. Work with clients to define the scope of a project. Identify all the gaps between client requirements and the system & document these thoroughly. Map client requirements with Xpedeon features and provide workarounds wherever required. Restrict implementation as per the defined scope. Prepare a detailed schedule for the project. Participate in the "As Is Process" and "To be Process" and prepare the relevant documents. Facilitate meetings with clients to determine requirements and document minutes after discussions. Should be able to create test cases as per the requirements. Analyse existing data and ensure that it is correctly entered as opening balances and masters. Ensure that training notes are of the required quality and update / create the same if required Train core users on the system as per the training plan and schedule. Act as liaison with the client to troubleshoot, investigate, analyse, and solve the queries and problems. Organize and ensure that training is rolled out across the organization and Go Live is achieved with maximum efficiency. Close and demobilize from the project successfully. Project Management: To prepare a detailed schedule for the project, track it constantly and keep it updated. Drive the project lifecycle for timely and effective implementation of the system. Ensure that minutes of all the meetings are maintained meticulously. Should be able to mentor, supervise and lead the team appointed by the client. Ensure conformance to agreed project scope throughout the implementation process and get variations approved whenever required. Create weekly plans (work to be done in the week.) Weekly Plan and Adherence to Weekly Plan. Participate in weekly project reviews; specify actions to complete pending/delayed activities. Report regularly to the Project Manager and Client to update on the progress of assigned activities. Upgrade knowledge on the product from time to time & adhere to all organizational standards and processes. Support the pre-sales processes if and when required. Ability to think creativity and come up with innovative solutions to business problems. Flexible to new situations and challenges. Self-motivated, and confident. Able to multi-task and work under tight deadlines.
