Ideal Candidate: At least 2 years experience in a senior role within a children's residential setting. Holder of a Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare (England) or equivalent; Level 4 is desirable. Proven experience in staff supervision, rota management, and strong leadership skills. Full UK Driving Licence (held for at least 12 months). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a commitment to child-centred practice. We are currently seeking a dedicated and nurturing Therapeutic Residential Support Worker to join our team. As a Care Practitioner, you will build meaningful relationships with the young people in our care, supporting them to thrive and reach their full potential. You will serve as a positive role model, helping to maintain boundaries that ensure their safety while addressing their emotional and developmental needs.
