About the Role As aSupport Worker, youll play a key role in the daily lives of the children and young people we care for. Youll provide emotional and practical support, help build their confidence, and encourage them to reach their potential all while making sure the home is a positive, safe, and stable place to live. Your day-to-day will include: Supporting children and young people in line with their individual care plans Encouraging independence, life skills, and positive routines Building trusting relationships through consistency and compassion Helping create a warm, homely environment where everyone feels valued Working as part of a supportive team that celebrates small wins and shared goals About You Were looking for people who: Genuinely care about making a difference in childrens lives Have experience working with children or young people (residential or similar setting preferred, but not essential) Are patient, reliable, and resilient under pressure Are open to learning and growing as part of a new team Hold (or are willing to work towards) a Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare Why Join Us?
