UK | Remote | Contract | Outside IR35 (where applicable) We're supporting a major transformation programme and are looking for an experienced Workday Functional Consultant to join on a freelance basis. This is an opportunity to work within a fast-paced Workday environment, supporting configuration, optimisation, and delivery across key modules within Workday . If you're a hands-on consultant who can operate autonomously, engage confidently with stakeholders, and deliver high-quality configuration - we'd love to connect. The Opportunity You'll play a key role in: Workday configuration across HCM modules Supporting functional design workshops Translating business requirements into scalable solutions Business process framework configuration Security and reporting setup Supporting integrations and testing phases Advising on Workday best practice Projects may include: Core HCM Time Tracking & Absence Recruiting Payroll integrations (if in scope) Optimisation or stabilisation work What We're Looking For Strong hands-on Workday functional configuration experience Experience delivering end-to-end Workday implementations or enhancements Confident stakeholder engagement skills Experience working in transformation or programme environments Ability to work independently in a contractor capacity Certifications are beneficial but not essential.
