We're looking for a dedicated Cover Supervisor to join our supportive team at Lift Winton, in Andover. This is an ideal opportunity for an experienced colleague or a graduate who is considering a career in teaching but would like to gain some classroom experience prior to making a decision. The role of a Cover Supervisor is pivotal in maintaining educational continuity within the academy, as a familiar and trusted adult to students. Within this post, you will cover classes during both planned and unplanned teacher absences, provide essential support across all subjects, ensuring students' learning progresses uninterrupted. By ensuring the classroom is a calm and focused environment, you will contribute significantly to student achievement and advancement. About Lift Winton: We are a popular secondary school with a great reputation within the local community. The school boasts fantastic facilities, which includes a MUGA, a recently refurbished library and gymnasium, new music suite, dance studios, animal management area and expansive grounds.
