The Role: End-to-End Bid Management As Bid Manager, you will be responsible for the full bid lifecycle, managing all stages from initial qualification and strategy development through to final submission and presentation. Commercial Acumen: Ability to translate complex service offerings (especially in recruitment and education) into compelling, commercially sound written proposals. Oracle Delivery Team Lead This is a new role created due to internal growth, perfect for an experienced delivery consultant ready to step into leadership.
